Importing your portfolio from a spreadsheet

Admins only. For more than a handful of units, use Import:

1. Import → Download a template CSV.
2. Fill it in, one row per unit (property, address, county, state (MN/LA), set-aside, program type, building, placed-in-service date as YYYY-MM-DD, unit number, bedrooms, AMI fields).
3. Upload or paste it. Veshara creates everything and shows a summary.

It's safe to re-run — existing items are reused, and any problem rows are listed with their line number so you can fix just those.
