Adding a property

Admins only. On the Portfolio page click + Add property and fill in:

• Name and address.
• Income-limit area — the Minnesota county or Louisiana parish the property is in. Veshara uses that area's official current and historical limits.
• Set-aside election — 40/60, 20/50, or Average Income.
• Program type — Section 42, 4d / LIRC, or both.

Next, add the property's buildings and units.
