Why does a result say "Undetermined"?

"Undetermined" means Veshara couldn't pick a limit, so it refused to guess (it never uses a wrong number). Check:

• the building's placed-in-service date is correct,
• the property's income area (county/parish) is correct,
• the household size is within the supported range (1–12).

Fix the underlying setup and re-run the audit.
