Common findings explained
- OVER_INCOME — household exceeds the limit (100% at move-in, 140% at recert).
- OVER_INCOME_4D / OVER_RENT_4D — the 4d income or rent test failed.
- VERIFICATION_ISSUE — an income source's verification is missing or stale (outside the ~120-day window). Fix before sign-off.
- MISSING_FORM — a required form for that certification type isn't checked.
- LIMIT_UNAVAILABLE — couldn't determine a limit (see Undetermined above).
