Reading the determination and report

The Determination page shows:

• Section 42 (LIHTC): Eligible / Not eligible / Undetermined, the income vs. the applicable limit (and the 140% limit for recerts), and the vintage table used.
• 4d / LIRC (if applicable): the income and rent checks.
• Findings: warnings (e.g., a missing form or stale verification) and errors.
• Review notes and a printable report (open it and print to PDF for the file).
