Running a 4d / LIRC determination

For a unit on a property whose program is 4d or both (and which has an approved 4d AMI %):

  1. Open the unit → Audit a file.
  2. In the 4d / LIRC card, enter the unit's gross monthly rent.
  3. Enter the household/income as usual → Run determination.

The result shows two checks — tenant income and gross rent — and Unit qualifies when both pass. 4d uses current-year limits and has no student rule.
