What Veshara does
Veshara audits affordable-housing tenant files for Section 42 (LIHTC) and Minnesota 4d / LIRC compliance — in minutes instead of by hand.
You set up your properties, buildings, and units once. Then, for any unit, your staff enter a household's income and Veshara returns a pass/fail determination using the exact current income and rent limits for that county and the building's year — plus a clean, printable report for the file.
It also tracks recertifications so nothing is missed, and builds your annual 4d application. Your residents' data stays private — Veshara works on de-identified figures (labels, not names).
