Veshara covers all Minnesota counties and all Louisiana parishes, with both current-year limits and the historical (hold-harmless) limits older buildings need. The Twin Cities metro uses Minnesota Housing's official tables; other areas use figures reconstructed from official HUD data and validated against the official metro numbers. Limits update each year.
